How we getting there & BACK

VEHICLES: 3 Total (Two Passenger Vans that seat 7 people and One SUV that sits 4 people) **Alyssa will meet us in New Orleans**

DEPARTURE TIME on THURSDAY, JULY 4th: 11 AM @ Desi’s House - 6872 Almont Cove, Stone Mountain, GA 30087. More details to come on which car everyone will ride in. Right now the plan is for 2 vans to leave from Desi’s house and meet up with Dori (SUV driver) in Riverdale. If you are closer to Dori you can meet at her house too. 8460 Webb Road, Riverdale GA.

ARRIVAL TIME: 5PM at the latest depending on how many stops we make. Let’s keep to a max of 2

IMPORTANT MY HOA DOES NOT ALLOW CARS ON THE ROAD AND I ALREADY HAVE 3 IN MY DRIVEWAY YOU WILL HAVE TO UBER OR BE DROPPED OFF

PACKING: Please limit yourself to one regular sized suitcase and a small carry on. You will need 2 outfits per day. One for day activities and one for night activities. I would keep it comfy, casual, and cute. It’s 1000 degrees in New Orleans and there is a lot of walking during the day. At night it can get a little chilly in the Dome for the concerts but it’s not too cold...to me. Heels will be torture on your feet in them NOLA streets!

the ITINERARY

WHAT ARE WE DOING

DISCLAIMERS: The itinerary is just a proposal based on things I’ve done in the past and enjoy doing. You can definitely do your own thing, I would just ask that we all make sure we have buddies and don’t go off solo unless someone in the group knows where you are at.

FOOD: Typically for food, we are just trying to get something to eat before we hit the streets. I don’t have any “favorite” places I go to. We typically find something on the way to where we are headed, where the price is right, the line is null, and everyone can find something on the menu they can eat.

GETTIN AROUND: During the day we typically walk to our destination or back. All depends on how we are feeling. We use Uber/Lyft so the cars can stay parked. I would definitely recommend Uber/Lyft to the concert so you stay looking fresh! LOL. Between all of us, we can share rides and costs. I’ve had some of my best Uber rides in New Orleans!

THURSDAY JULY 4TH

EAT (Willys is my suggestion because it’s fast and we need to hit the streets)

Walmart/Liquor store run for anyone interested. This will be the only time we take the car.

CONCERT TIME!

They typically end around 1am at the earliest just depending on the artist. Don’t have to stay the entire time. Will play by ear.

1AM- UNTIL

EAT, DRINK, & CLUB HOP on CANAL & BOURBON

1AM- 3AM

ALL WHITE EVERYTHING

This is an option since its right next to the dome. Cheapest tickets are $20. I just don’t know how strict they are about ALL WHITE and I personally don’t

plan on wearing all white to the show but definitely an option for anyone. If interested I can send link to purchase tickets.
